By Select Homeowners we work with "elite” couples and singles (people with enormous disposable income and no school-age children who indulge in luxuries), executives and professionals in their 40s and 50s without children (educated and well-compensated singles and couples who tend to be serious travelers and good investors), and wealthy families (suburban households with children who shop at upscale stores and enjoy leisure activities).
Owner, and Chief Designer, Marvin W. Towler, has more than 25 years experience in Architectural Planning and Construction. Drawing on his architectural background, Marvin provides clients with kitchens that have clean lines and the finest cabinetry matched to their particular taste.
In addition to kitchens, ARCHITECTURAL INTERIORS will also design and select cabinetry for bathrooms, libraries, wall units, entertainment units and offices:
INTERIOR DECORATING
The elements within a space that create a cohesive and distinctive look and feel: encompassing room layout, furniture, window treatments, accessories, finishes, and the use of color, pattern and texture.
INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
The architectural integrity of an interior space: including floor plans, elevations, moldings, cabinetry, stonework patterns, custom furniture, etc., as well as drafting of scale drawings to be used by contractors and manufacturers.
Our approach is creative, analytical and highly interactive with the client.
Our experience in Architectural Planning and Construction is uncommon among designers enabling us to work with the range of contractors involved in a renovation or construction project.

Kitchen Design Consultation Packages
Architectural Interiors will professionally design your kitchen, bath, library, entertainment center, or home office. The design package will include the following:
- Visit your home to discuss your project
- Work with your architect to design preliminary concepts and plans.
- Measure your project and draw scaled drawings.
- Inspect your premises and determine your needs and restrictions.
- Meet with you in your home to discuss proposals and costs.
- Make revisions (up to two if needed).
- Meet with you in your home for final plan review of drawings.
PACKAGE 1)
$750.00 Floor Plans and Elevations for Small Kitchen Projects with up to 15 Cabinet Boxes.
PACKAGE 2)
$1,500.00 Floor Plans and Elevations for Medium Kitchen Projects with up to 15 - 25 Cabinet Boxes.
PACKAGE 3)
$2,500.00 Floor Plans and Elevations for Large Kitchen Projects with 25+ Cabinet Boxes.
Colored renderings and Perspectives fees are additional. Double the fee for each package if this option is chosen.
All floor plans, elevations and perspective drawings are released. No additional obligations under this agreement.
Multi-room Project Fees are available upon request.
